Your consent forms are a line item

Every treatment needs a signed consent, an intake, and a note in the chart. Most platforms treat that as an upgrade — a forms add-on billed monthly, or worse, a separate system your front desk retypes into. So the paperwork lives on paper, the chart lives in a drawer, and the client record you’re paying for is missing the only part a med spa actually needs.

Forms and charting are included here. They were never a tier.

The money leaks in the packages

Med spa economics don’t run on single visits. They run on a six-session laser series, a membership that bills monthly, a package sold at a discount against future treatments. Every one of those is a redemption that has to be tracked across providers, across months, and against revenue you already recognized.

Miss a redemption and you’ve given away a treatment. Miss the pattern and you can’t tell which packages are actually profitable. Packages, memberships, and redemption tracking are part of the free platform.

Your laser is booked by a person, not a schedule

A device is a resource. So is a treatment room. Two injectors can share a calendar; they cannot share the same laser at 2pm — and a platform that only understands provider availability will let them try.

Resource scheduling is built in, so rooms and devices book like the constrained assets they are.

Questions from med spa owners

Is the booking platform really free for a med spa?

Yes — and free at your size. The calendar, client records, consent forms, charting, treatment series, memberships, packages, waitlists, payroll, commissions, device and room scheduling, and the staff time clock are all included at no cost. There’s no provider count where the price changes and no second location that costs more than the first.

Do you charge extra for forms and charting?

No. They were never behind a tier, so there’s nothing to unlock. Other platforms bill forms as a monthly add-on; some have recently made them free. We started there.

Can I track a treatment series and memberships?

Yes. Sell a package or a recurring membership, track redemptions against it per client, and see what’s actually been consumed versus what’s still owed. Recurring membership billing runs on the same system as everything else.

Can I schedule devices and rooms, not just providers?

Yes. Rooms, lasers, and other bookable equipment are managed as resources, so the calendar won’t double-book a device across two providers.

Do you take a commission on my new clients?

Never. We don’t run a consumer marketplace, so there’s no directory listing your competitors beside you and no cut taken from a first visit. Clients you acquire — including the ones you paid ads to reach — are entirely yours, and so is the list.

How do you make money if the platform is free?

Payment processing, and only payment processing. One rate, quoted before you sign anything. When your revenue grows, we do better. That’s the whole model — there’s no meter, no per-seat charge, and no reason for us to lock a feature behind a tier.

What does it cost to leave?

Nothing. No contract, no cancellation fee, and your client list exports in a format you can actually use.

Most med spas can name their subscription and not their real software bill.

Between per-provider fees, metered add-ons, card processing, and marketplace commissions, the number on the pricing page is usually under a fifth of what a spa actually pays. Here’s the full breakdown of what the major platforms charge in 2026 — and how to calculate your own number in about five minutes.
