Looking for a Boulevard alternative?

Almost nobody leaves Boulevard because the product is bad — it isn’t. They leave because it is priced per location with no volume discount, and the bill scales with exactly the thing they were trying to do. Tersavia’s booking platform is free forever when you process payments through Tersavia, at one location or six.

What people actually leave Boulevard over

The price scales with growth, and nothing discounts it

Boulevard is billed per location: Essentials at $176 a month, Premier at $293, Prestige at $410, with annual billing bringing Essentials to around $159 and Premier to around $263. A med spa tier is reported around $369–$410.

There is no multi-location discount. A five-location group on Premier pays $1,465 a month for the platform alone. One reviewer on a software directory states plainly that they have begun exploring alternatives because Vagaro, Fresha, GlossGenius, and Mindbody all offer discounted or tiered multi-location pricing and Boulevard does not.

That is the whole argument for this page. The software does not get cheaper as you get bigger, and for a group operator that is a compounding cost with no ceiling.

Forms & Charts is $55 a month, per location

Boulevard sells Forms & Charts as a $55 per-location add-on, bundled only into the top Prestige tier. For a med spa or a treatment-led studio, forms and charting are not an enhancement — they are how the business legally operates.

For scale: that single add-on costs more per location than one competitor charges for its entire base subscription. Forms, charting, and consent are free here, at every location, and they were never behind a tier.

You cannot try it before you buy it

Boulevard offers no free trial. Evaluating it requires a demo call, which means committing sales time before you can see whether the product fits how you actually work.

That is a legitimate go-to-market choice for premium software and plenty of good companies do it. It is also a real friction point if you are the kind of operator who would rather load your own service menu and find out.

What’s free here that others charge for

What Boulevard does better

Boulevard runs no consumer marketplace and takes no commission on your clients. That is the same structural position we take, and it is the most important thing on this page: whatever you pay Boulevard, you pay it as software, and the clients you earn stay entirely yours.

That deserves to be said without qualification, because most of this category cannot say it. Three of the five platforms we compare run a directory that lists competitors beside you and takes a cut of a first visit. Boulevard does not, and neither do we.

The product is also genuinely well built — Boulevard is premium software and it is priced like premium software. If you are a single high-end location and the per-location price is not compounding against you, the argument for leaving is much weaker than this page might otherwise suggest.

Switching from Boulevard

If you have been on Forms & Charts, export your charting data deliberately before you cancel. Clinical notes and completed forms are the records with the longest retention requirements and the shortest window to retrieve once a subscription ends.

Everything in the client file moves — records, visit history, your service menu, staff, and product catalog. Multi-location groups should expect room and resource configuration to be rebuilt rather than imported; that rarely exports cleanly from anywhere.

Questions from Boulevard users

How much does Boulevard cost for multiple locations?

It multiplies. Pricing is per location with no volume discount we could find, so five locations on Premier is roughly $1,465 a month for the platform. Tersavia charges nothing per location — the fifth costs what the first does, which is zero when you process payments through us.

Do I have to pay extra for forms and charting?

On Boulevard, Forms & Charts is a $55 per-location add-on unless you are on the top Prestige tier. Here, forms, charting, and consent are included free at every location and always were.

Does Boulevard take a commission on my clients?

No, and we want to be clear about it: Boulevard runs no marketplace and takes no cut of your bookings. That is a genuine point in their favour and the same position we hold.

Can I try Tersavia before committing?

Yes. Set it up alongside what you run now, load your own records, and look at the calendar with your data in it. There is no contract to unwind and no fee to leave.

What is different about how Tersavia makes money?

Payment processing, and only payment processing. One rate, quoted before you sign. The platform is free forever when you process through us, which is why there is no per-location charge and no tier holding features back.

Sources and caveats

Boulevard tier pricing is corroborated across three independent sources reporting the same $176 / $293 / $410 monthly ladder; a fourth reports a $158–$421 range representing annual-billing and monthly extremes of the same tiers. The Forms & Charts add-on price, text overage rates, and absence of a free trial are drawn from published pricing and third-party coverage.

All Boulevard figures are published list prices as of August 12, 2026, not negotiated rates and not drawn from any private account. Vendors change pricing frequently — verify current terms directly with Boulevard before making a decision. Where third-party guides disagree with a vendor’s own pricing, we have said so rather than picking the number that suited us.

Our bias, stated plainly. We sell competing software and we want your business. Every figure above is checkable against Boulevard’s own pricing or your own invoice, and we would rather you check than take our word.
